How to Register?

1. Please email school@xioapeiart.com, or call (925)989-4935 to reserve the spot.

2. Please download and print Registration Form, fill out requested information, and sign where indicated. 

3. Bring completed Registration Form along with $25.00/$30.00(South Bay) registration fee and tuition to first class.

Check payable to “Xiaopei Chinese Dance, Inc."
Please write the student’s name on the check.  Your cancelled (backed to you from your bank) check is your receipt.

    • 所有新生必须在上第一堂课之前办理完新生登记注册手续。手续包括：

  • 1. Email school@xiaopeiart.com, 或打電話（925）989-4935，（408）318-1993（南灣）注預留席位和確認上課時間。
  • 2. 下载，认真填写，签署注册表
  • 3. 帶新生注册表，$25/$30（南灣學生）注册费（不可退还的）和相应的学费來上第一節課，請提前10分鐘到學校辦理手續
